Not Me Monday

 

Oh my, I almost forgot it was Monday, well I did barely manage to wake up and take the kids to school this morning, everyone was running a bit late this morning though! Well Monday is the day where MckMama hosts Not Me Monday so that we can get all those things we “didn’t” do of our chest! So go ahead and join in or  just enjoy reading a few or a hundred NMM’s!

   First off there is NO possible way that I just woke up from a nap! How in the world with two small children in the house could I take a nap?

  Yesterday when we were in the car I was trying desperately to keep Baby Boy awake until we got home from the park so he could get a bath before his nap. So we were singing The Wheels on the Bus, go ahead start singing if you know… Well after exhausting all the verses PJ (my now 8 year old) did NOT make a new verse that went like this

“The boys on the bus go fart, fart, fart,

fart, fart,fart

fart, fart, fart

The boys on the bus go fart, fart, fart all through the town.”

  There is NO way that I would have a child that makes up such things!

  I did NOT grow up with only a sister, so I can’t believe I’ve got this kind of talk is going to continue to go on in my house with 3 young boys, I DON’T feel a bit sorry for my only daughter!

  I didn’t let my only daughter spend the night with a friend from school this past weekend for the first time. Her friend has NOT been calling her everyday since. Her friend also does NOT have a cell phone, prompting my daughter to ask me for one! What in the world? I mean seriously why does a fourth grader need a cell phone? Uhm, my daughter doesn’t!

  I’m NOT going to cut this post a bit short because it’s now already 3:20 on Monday! But first I’m going to see if I’ve got any pictures to throw in!
